Chef/owner Wim Van Hecke received the title of "Best chef in Belgium" in 2016. After a course at Hof Van Cleve *** and De Lijsterbes *, Wim took over a modest tearoom on the Markt in Zele. In the meantime, he transformed the concept into what it is today: a restaurant where you can fully enjoy the culinary creativity in the 3,4 or 5-course menu that Wim proposes.
